Our Mechanics programme provides young people with the opportunity to develop practical automotive and engineering skills within a fully equipped workshop environment. Designed for learners who thrive through hands-on experience, this pathway allows participants to move beyond theory and engage directly with real engines, tools and mechanical systems.
Through structured, supervised sessions, learners gain experience in areas such as engine stripping and rebuilding, basic vehicle maintenance, understanding mechanical components and applying safe working practices. Each task is carefully guided to build technical knowledge while strengthening problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The workshop environment encourages curiosity, resilience and logical thinking — essential qualities within the mechanical and engineering industries.

Beyond technical training, our Mechanics programme supports the development of confidence, teamwork and responsibility. With consistent support from experienced staff, young people are given the foundation they need to progress into further training, apprenticeships or employment, while gaining practical skills that can open doors to a wide range of future opportunities.
