Our Hospitality programme offers young people the opportunity to develop practical catering and kitchen skills within a modern, purpose-built learning environment. Delivered from our fully equipped Community Kitchen in Leven, this hands-on training pathway allows participants to gain real experience in food preparation, cooking techniques and safe kitchen practices.
Learners are introduced to a wide range of culinary skills, from basic food preparation and hygiene standards to working as part of a team within a busy kitchen setting. Each session is structured to build confidence, organisation and attention to detail, while encouraging creativity and pride in producing high-quality dishes. The professional facilities provide an authentic environment where young people can understand the standards and expectations of the hospitality industry.

Beyond technical ability, our Hospitality programme supports the development of essential life skills such as communication, teamwork and time management. With guidance from experienced staff, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to progress into further training, apprenticeships or employment within the catering and hospitality sector, while developing skills that are valuable for everyday life.
