Level 3 Programme
This Course for 4th years + or school leavers: Pupils must pass Stages 1 and 2 to be eligible for stage 3.
Course Description
Further expertise with the Community Trade Hub working team in identified trade. Pupils will plan community jobs, price materials, and work out a plan of implementing the Job. This work will be captured and added into a Work Experience portfolio that will be linked in with local employment opportunities. Pupils will also have access to funding for more advanced Qualifications and Certification to support them into employment such as a CSCS certificate etc.
Times: 9:30 – 12:30pm – 1 – 3pm
Duration: 10-week Sessions at 1 day a week. On a real-life community worksite for 10 weeks.
Qualification Gained
(Employability)
Pupils will also have a training budget for sector led qualifications within the chosen career path. Things that can be gained are Driven Lessons, CSCS, IPAF, Further SQA units, Etc. Purley based on individuals’ action plan and needs to give them the best chance of moving into a positive destination.
